Land Revenue Act, 1901 filed by Ram Das and others against Sudama and others. Counsel for the petitioner also placed reliance upon the demand letter dated 20.7.2024, copy of which is appended to page 29 to the paper book. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.1 and 2. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the opposite party to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the opposite party feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 will take decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy before the Court below but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
