Deepashree, learned counsel for the respondents is present through video conferencing. This contempt case is connected with the item No.18, 19 & 20 and in this proceeding, Mr. S. Nepolean, learned senior counsel for the State respondent is also presen before the Court physically. The said senior counsel submitted that the writ petition i.e., WP(C) No.346 of 2025 is pending for consideration. However, proceeding in WP(C) No.346 of 2025 is pending for consideration and therefore, it does not arise for taking action against the respondents/accused in Con.Cas(C) No.78 of 2025 for willful disobedience of the order. Therefore, the present contempt case is disposed of. In view of the order passed in above Can. Cas(C) No.78 of 2025by this Court, the present MC(Cont. Cas(C)) No.56 of 2025 is also disposed of.
