The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Notification dated:11.03.2018 issued by the fifth respondent vide Annexure-A and issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Final Selection List of respondent No.7 dated:30.05.2018 issued by the fifth respondent vide Annexure-D. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. A perusal of the Writ papers would reflect that a memo has been filed by counsel for respondent No.7 on 11.07.2022 by furnishing the copy of the death certificate of respondent No.7 stating that respondent No.7 is dead and the death certificate is also furnished along with the memo. The memo was placed on record. Taking note of the death of respondent No.7, the petition was dismissed against respondent No.7 vide order dated:23.03.2023. Suffice it to note that the petitioner is seeking appointment of respondent No.7. Because of death of respondent No.7, nothing survives - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4422 WP No. 106426 of 2019 for consideration at this juncture. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
