“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition preferred by the petitioner and call for the records pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order, to direct the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 3 and other policeman's who assaulted to the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents no. 1 & 2 to take disciplinary action against the respondent no. 3 and other policeman's who assaulted to the petitioner. And also
directed to the higher authorities to investigate the matter regarding the incident with the petitioner at police station Kota. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order for compensation to the petitioner by the respondent authority. 10.5 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 3 At the very outset, At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum. 4 Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
