arr,est bail in connection with crime No.330 of 2020 of ChI'IakaI`lripet Town (Urban) PoII'Ce Station, Palnadu District, regI-Stered for the alleged OffenCeS PunI|Shable under Sections 306 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860. 2.

Facts, in brief, of the case are that on 20.10.2020, at about 1 :00 p.m. at Gandhipeta, ChI'lakaluriPet town, the COmPlainant, Nampalli Mastanaiah, reported that- his brother, the deceased NampaIIi Mastanaiah @ Bujji of MaddI'rala Village, Chilakaluripet MandaI, had earlier developed an illicit relationship with one Nagurbi from Sattenapalli town. Subsequently, Subbu Madiga/ Accused No.6 and Gundala Nagesh/ Accused No.7 allegedly demanded money from the deceased's family to terminate the relationship, threatening to tarnish the family's reputation if their demand was not met. They further pressured the deceased to commit suicide if he was unable to Provide the money. As a result of this coercion and humI-Iiation, the deceased ended his life by hanging himself in his tailor shop near the Indian Overseas Bank in Gandhipeta, Chilakaluripet town. 3. Heard learned counsel for the PetitI-Oner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the re;ord. 4. Ms. Swathi PaIIeboyina, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she l's sole bread winne'r of her family. The petitioner has not committed any offence and she was falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner would abide by any condition to be imposed by this court. EEEgREgrEE_ ,t

Per contra, Mr. Neelotphal Ganji, the learned Assistant Public prosecutor, opposed in granting of ba'll stating that the some more material witnesses have to be examined; investigation is not completed; if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, she would not be available for the investigation and she would escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6. The Petitioner acted merely as mediator in between Accused No.1 and deceased; further, there is no reference about the name of the Petitioner \ in the FIR. This Court had already' enlarged Accused Nos. 6 and 7 on Pre- arrest Bail vide Criminal Petition No.5932 of 2025, dated 25.06.2025. Accused Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 were already enlarged on regular bail by the learned XIII Additional District Judge, Narasaraopet. ln view Of above facts and circuinstances of the case, this court is inclined to consider request Of petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. 7.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed with the following directions: a) In the event of arrest of the Petitioner/ Accused No.3, she shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a Sum Of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like Sum each tO the sat'lsfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The Petitioner/ Accused No.3 shall make herself available for investigation as and when required-,
c) The Petitioner/ Accused No.3 shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses; d) The Petitioner/ Accused No.3 shall appear before the station House OffI-Cer COnCerned Once in a Week i.e., On every Saturday between10,00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. e) The Petitioner/ Accused No.3 shall not leave the distrI'Ct limits without the express permission from the station House Offl'cer concerned. 8.
