Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Notice. Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the representation filed by the petitioner should be decided by the Authority, sympathetically, more so, in light of the fact that earlier also, the petitioner stood transferred in the year 2023 but said transfer order was not given effect to. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that let representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-5) be decided by the Authority concerned within a period of four weeks 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:200 from today and the petitioner be transferred from the present place of posting and if possible, be posted either at a station of choice as mentioned in the representation or be adjusted at some other nearby station. While deciding the representation, the Authority should also take into consideration that this is the second order being passed by the High Court for decision of the representation of the petitioner, though this time, the Court is not going into the legality of the earlier rejection, as this Court hopes and expects that a sympathetic view shall be taken by the Authority while deciding the representation of the petitioner.
