As per the reply filed by the respondents, the admissible benefits were released to the petitioner but as there were proceedings pending against the petitioner, he was granted the provisional pension. 3. A period of more than 24 years have passed after the filing of the present petitions and nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press the present petitions hence, it can be safely presumed that the grievance of the petitioner must have been redressed in the interregnum. 4.
