Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.35 of 2025 under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 115(2) of BNS of Nellimarla Police Station lodged by one Pyla Rajarao. Thereafter, basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered against Pyla Suryanarayana in Crime No.62 of 2025. He would further submit that the 4 police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
