OMP No. 29 of 2025 The present application under Order 5 Rule 20(I) & 1(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed for effecting service of proposed respondent/defendant No.5 by way of publication. It has been mentioned in the application that respondent/defendant No.5 is intentionally avoiding the service and it is not possible to serve him in the ordinary way. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and proposed respondent/defendant No.5 is ordered to be served through publication in the daily newspaper “Prajavani Newspaper (Kannada edition)”, (Official Address whereof is 75, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bengaluru, 560001), on filing the process fee and depositing publication charges within a period of two weeks and thereafter the case be listed before the Additional Registrar (Judicial), for further orders with respect to the service of proposed respondent/defendant No.5 through publication.
