The fact remains is that, Crl.A.No.68 of 2024 is pending before the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati and it is coming up for arguments. In that view, it is apposite to set aside the impugned Docket Order dated 24.06.2025. execute the warrant to to serve the

In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of setting aside the Docket Order dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.A.No.69 of 2024 on the file of the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati. Petitioner is directed to appear before the Appellate Court and file his absence petition as ordered by the Court. The learned Appellate Judge can hear the arguments and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, taking the age of the Complainant i.e., 73 years, into consideration. Petitioner shall cooperate for disposal of the Crl.A.No.68 of 2024. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
