04 / Dated : 13.06.2025 The instant Civil Misc. Petition has been filed for restoration of the case bearing W.P. (C) No. 3502 of 2020 to its original file which was dismissed for default vide order dated 16.11.2022 due to non-compliance of the preemptory order dated 01.11.2022. From perusal of the records of the case, it appears that there was peremptory order for removal of the defects and for not its compliance the writ petition was dismissed. Learned counsel undertakes to remove the defect within one week after restoration. Under the circumstance, this Civil Misc. Petition is allowed and W.P. (C) No. 3502 of 2020 is restored to its original file. The petitioner is directed to remove the surviving defect(s) within one week
