Case No. 376 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 20(b) (ii) B of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge under NDPS Act, Palamau. 3. On 22.10.2024, Town Police, Palamau apprehended this petitioner from a place near Bisfutta Chowk. On search, 3.390 kgs. of cannabis was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at para-11 of this bail application. 5. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge under NDPS Act, Palamau in connection with Town P.S.
