Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner intr-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Aurai, District Bhadohi to decide the computer Case No. T202316670601252 of 2023 (Hoob Lal Versus State of U.P. and others) under Section 144 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will take all necessary steps to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Aurai, District Bhadohi to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
