Learned counsel for the petitioner confines her prayer that her appeal is pending before the respondent No.1 since 29.08.2022 and therefore the respondent No.1 may be directed to consider and decide her appeal within stipulated time period.

Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.1 to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
3. Taking into considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and also considering the fact that appeal of the petitioner is pending since
2 29.08.2022, without entering into the merits of the case, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner, if already not decided, in accordance with law on its own merits after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order to respondent No.1 within a week.
