ORDER:- The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in conducting survey in respect of the petitioners lands admeasuring Ac.0-04 cents each totaling Ac.0-08 cents in Sy.No.215/7A3 out of Ac.2.89 cents in S.No.215/7, area No.94, Kakavedu group, Tirumalaraju Kadriga Village Accounts, near Chennai to Tirupati Nagari Bypass road, Nagari Mandal, Chittoor District.
2. Heard Sri Naqeeb Ahmed, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that petitioners have not filed F-line application, which is required for conducting survey. If the petitioners file F-line application, the respondents may consider it in accordance with law.
3. Considering the submissions made and with the consent of both the learned counsel, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioners herein to file F-line application through online. On filing of the same, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
