By way of this petition the petitioners challenge notice under Section 37 of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code issued by the City Survey Superintendent and Additional Mamlatdar, Kalol dated 12.04.2025. 3. Learned AGP Mr. Kanara under instructions would submit that the State Authorities would withdraw the said notice and whereas liberty may be reserved in their favour to issue fresh notice under appropriate provisions of law. [1] The City Survey Superintendent and Additional Mamlatdar, Kalol to pass appropriate orders recalling the notice dated 12.04.2025 under Section 37 of the Gujarat Land Revenue Code within a period of one week from today. [2] Liberty is reserved in favour of the State Authorities to initiate fresh proceedings under appropriate provisions of law and whereas liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to question the same before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
