D/L 77 15.07.2025 ct.no.35 Kausik W.P.A. 13827 of 2025 Saddam Khan Versus The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Mujibar Ali Naskar Mr. Sandip Kr. Mandal Ms. Riya Das …for the petitioner. Mr. G.F. Hossain Ms. Varsha Roy …for the respondent nos. 4 & 6. Mr. Jayanta Samanta, Jr. Govt. Adv. Mrs. Paromita Malakar (Dutta) …for the State. Petitioner submitted a representation to the police authorities on or about 07.06.2025. The subject matter of the dispute are absolutely private and personal in nature. The petitioner has only alleged that he has been facing inconveniences at the behest of the private respondents. Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 4 & 6 submits that the dispute has been raised because the petitioner intended to establish his dominion over an undemarcated property. Learned advocate for the State submits that having regard to the nature of the dispute, the police authorities have hardly any role to interfere. 2 Accordingly, police authorities would only keep a vigil, so that there is no untoward incident which may result because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the aforesaid observations WPA 13827 of 2025 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
