Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.05 dated 29.01.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 3(5), 61(2), 351(2), 304(2) of BNS 2023, at Police Station Kotfatta, District Bathinda. 2. By virtue of order dated 27.02.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Manish Kumar, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.
