Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 237 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) /26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa). 3. On 22.08.2024, Bandgaon police apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused. On search, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Subscription pad of P.L.F.I. was recovered from the possession of co-accused. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than four months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chakradharpur (Chaibasa) in connection with Bandgaon P.S.
