Therefore, he submitted that the present petition has been filed by the petitioner only to prolong the proceedings. 4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that there is no legal impediment, and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
