The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Sumit Kumar Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sahibganj.
