The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, instituted under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeks to invoke the inherent RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2025.08.05 18:27:44 +0530 2 jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court for grant of relief by staying the effect and operation of FIR No. 59/2022 dated 20/10/2022, registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bilaspur against the petitioner, along with all consequential proceedings. The petitioner further prays for a direction restraining the respondents from taking any coercive action, including arrest, in connection with the said FIR." 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that in respect of the aforementioned FIR, a closure report under Section 173(3) of the Cr.P.C. has already been submitted before the competent court. In view of the same, it is contended that no further cause survives for adjudication in the present petition. The said fact has not been rebutted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Considering the above submission and taking note of the fact that a closure report has been filed, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
