Instant contempt petition is filed by the petitioner for non- compliance of the order dated 13th November, 2024 in W.P.(C) No.26664 of 2024 on the ground stated therein. 3. It submitted by Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire exercise was directed to be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order in W.P.(C) No.26664 of 2024 but it has not been complied with. Recorded the submission of Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State. The Court considering the above claim disposes of the CONTC with a direction to the opposite party/contemnor to immediately comply the order dated 13th November, 2024 as at Annexure-1 series within four weeks without fail. 4. Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules. 5. A copy of the order be handed over to Mr. Mohanty, learned ASC for the State for its onward intimation to the opposite party contemnor for early compliance. (R.K.
