Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the date of first evidence was on 11.09.2017 and applications are filed by the respondent one after the other and the matter is still pending adjudication before the concerned Court. Though the Apex Court has directed that timeline should not be fixed in cases to the concerned Court owing to the pendency unless exceptions exist. The case at hand projects such exception, as 9 years have passed by, there is no progress indicated on a perusal at the order sheet. 5. In that light, I deem it appropriate to answer the prayer of the petitioners and direct the concerned Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No.25297/2016 within outer limit of six (6) months, if not earlier. Ordered accordingly. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE SJK List No.: 1 Sl No.: 72
