The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Veeresh Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime no. 04 of 2021, under section 166, 167, 477, 420 I.P.C., P.S. Hari Parwat, District-Agra. Earlier the applicant was granted anticipatory bail till submission of police report by the order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7497 of 2021. The cognizance was taken on the police report by the court on 27.07.2021 . The applicant has not appeared before the court concerned till now and he is seeking anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial. The relief prayed for cannot be granted by this Court in view of the fact that applicant has not complied the earlier order of this Court. The instant application is accordingly, rejected.
