By way of the present application, applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, 5 & 6, have sought the indulgence of this Court, to release the amount of compensation, falling to their shares. The said application is duly supported by the affidavits of aforesaid applicants. In view of no objection made by learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant, the application under consideration is allowed and amount of compensation, so deposited by the applicants, at the time of filing appeal in this Court, falling to the shares of the applicants/respondents No.1 to 3, 5 & 6, along with proportionate interest, is ordered to be released in their favour, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, particulars of which have been mentioned, in para No.8, of the application.
