The petitioner is defendant No.3 in a suit for partition instituted by the plaintiff-respondent No.1. The issue in the lis is not with regard to the merit of the matter. The petitioner files an application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, seeking rejection of the plaint. The matter is heard and the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23085 WP No. 18369 of 2025 matter is said to have been reserved for its judgment on 05.04.2025. The prayer is sought in the wake of the concerned Court not pronouncing its order despite the matter being reserved on 05.04.2025. 4. In the light of the fact that the prayer is innocuous and the factum of the Court reserving the matter on 05.04.2025 has yet to pronounce it, despite passage of three months, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC strictly in consonance with law, within an outer limit of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier and if not already pronounced. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed. Ordered accordingly. SD/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE rv List No.: 2 Sl No.: 28 CT: BHK
