Mrs. Sonam, learned counsel has submitted that the case being, Contempt (Civil) No. 1097 of 2025 may be taken up along with the present appeal (L.P.A. No.618 of 2023), since, the same arises out of the same nature of order, so the prayer has been made to list this case along with Contempt (Civil) No. 1097 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2, Ranchi Municipal Corporation (R.M.C.) waives notice and sought for two weeks’ time to file show cause. 4.
