Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order of Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the crime against the 6th respondent and his followers who demolished the residential house constructed in an extent of 298.28 Sq. yards in Sy.No.483/3, situated in Chinnakambaluru village, Rudravaram Mandal, Nandyal District though the complaint is made on 26-06-2025 to the respondents through registered Post with acknowledgement due is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register crime against the 6th respondent and his followers and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 5th respondent to register crime against the 6th respondent and his followers in view of the complaint dated 26-06-2025 made by the petitioner, pending disposal of the above writ petition before the Honhle Court and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: to issue a Writ, Order of Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in not registering the crime against the 6th respondent and his followers who demolished the residential house constructed in an extent of 298.28 Sq. yards in Sy.No.483/3, situated in Chinnakambaluru village, Rudravaram Mandal, Nandyal District though the complaint is made on 26-06-2025 to the respondents through registered Post with acknowledgement due is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register crime against the 6th respondent and his followers and pass……”
2. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the police have received a call from dial 100 and deputed two constables to visit the scene. On visiting, they found that no offence has been occurred. Hence, they have not registered the crime on the complaint made by the petitioner. 3. Sri V.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, this writ petitioner may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
