The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice B. Krishna Mohan)
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that, against the dismissal of Marriage O.P.No.66 of 2007 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed. However, the parties are residing together without any further matrimonial disputes.
2. In view of the same, no cause survives in this appeal.
3. Accordingly, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
