The prayers made in the present writ petition have been granted to the petitioner and a new electricity connection has been given to the petitioner. In light of the same, nothing remains in the present writ petition. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that subsequent to grant of new electricity connection, a notice has been issued to the petitioner for disconnecting the electricity. 4. This is a new cause of action. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition for the same. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
