By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of maintenance deposited by petitioner Balwant Singh, in this Court. The matter has although been disposed of, but, no order, with regard to the said amount, has been passed. In view of the submissions, made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the amount of maintenance deposited by petitioner Balwant Singh is ordered to be released in favour of Balwinder Kaur, subject to all just exceptions, as the dispute with regard to adjustment of maintenance amount is still pending before the learned trial Court, by remitting the same to her Bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned in Annexure A-1, annexed with the application.
