The petitioner/applicant preferred the instant MCC for modification of the order dated 23-04-2025 passed in WPS No. 93 of 2025 on the ground that in the said order at para No.6, the original place of posting of the petitioner has wrongly been typed out as Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal instead of Government Middle School, Tahakwada. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that there is no error in the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 93 of 2025. He would submit that original place of posting of the petitioner is Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents as well as the pleadings of the applicant. 5. On due consideration, it is found that there is no illegality in the order passed by this Court and as per the fact narrated in the writ petition as well as in the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 93 of 2025, it appears that there is no need to modify the order passed by this Court. The relevant part of the order dated 23/04/2025 is read as under :- 3 / 3 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) is quashed. The petitioner is directed to join at his original place of posting i.e. Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal as Teacher LB in place of Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta as directed by the respondent No. 3 byorder dated 06.12.2024 within 15 days and respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to join his duties at Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant MCC stands dismissed. 7.
