ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“a) Quash the FIR in the crime No.23/2024 against the Petitioner for the offences punishable under sections 427 and 430 of IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 against the petitioner by the 1st Respondent Lingadahalli Police, pending file at Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC Court, Tarikere, Chickmagalur District and all further proceedings thereon. b) Pass any other Order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo for Withdrawal dated 30.01.2025, which reads as under:
“MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
“The petitioner above named respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdrawn as not pressed this petitioner and the respondent

police were already filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.1635/2024 against the petitioner, hence reserve the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition on charge sheet, in the interest of justice.”
3. The aforesaid memo is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the aforesaid memo.
