(Oral) The petitioner seeks direction that the representation handed over to the respondent no.1 on 27.11.2024 may be decided expeditiously by the respondent no.1. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that a public pathway has been illegally encroached due to which the pathway has narrowed and it is prone to accident. The petitioner has given representation to the respondent no.1, District Magistrate, Haridwar, but no action has been taken. 4. Learned State counsel would submit that the representation may be decided within four weeks. 5. The Court takes on record the statement of learned State counsel. 2 6. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 4 to the petition) within a period of four weeks.
