The petitioner has filed the instant petition purportedly in public interest praying for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps in pursuance of his representation dated 23.01.2025 and 28.01.2025, wherein, he is stated to have mentioned about the irregularities committed by the Gram Pradhan and other Government Officials while executing various civil works. 2. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the instructions received from the District Magistrate, Chandauli, dated 22.03.2025, according to which, an order has been passed on the complaint of the petitioner on 21.03.2025 for holding preliminary inquiry under Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. It is submitted that further action will be taken accordingly. 3. As the respondents have already acted on the representation filed by the petitioner, therefore, at this stage, no further direction is required to be issued. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
