This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “i) That the respondents may be ordered to bring services of the petitioners on contractual establishment as Pump Attendant, on the date on which they completed 12 years of service with all benefits incidental thereof.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners intend to move representation to the respondents seeking the relief prayed for in this writ petition, 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- as the issue raised has already been adjudicated upon in Jagdish Kumar & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Ors1. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case direction is issued to the respondent/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners for redressal of their grievances raised in the writ petition in light of the aforesaid judgment within a fixed time schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents are not averse to consider the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment, however, all rights and contentions of the parties be left open for decision. 4. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be preferring representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of six weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioners. 1CWP No.3047 of 2020 decided on 23.06.2021. -3- The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
