The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 71/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307 & 427/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. It was submitted that the petitioner and other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his brother-in-law, due to which they sustained injuries. They also damaged the Swift Car belonging to the informant. It was further submitted that no injuries was caused to anyone. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia P.S.
