The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 07.10.2021 passed by the second respondent in ¸ÀASÉå: d¸ÀAE 122 J¸ïJJ¸ï 2019(E) vide Annexure-F. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Suffice it to note that Annexure-F is the Government Order dated 07.10.2021. A careful perusal of the same reflect that the Government has ordered for shifting of Nala from Shravanabelagola Sub-division to K.R.Pete. In my view, the petitioner has no locus to question the same. Hence, I decline to exercise power under the writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 5. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Sd/- (JYOTI MULIMANI) JUDGE TKN List No.: 3 Sl No.: 48
