1. The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to regularise him as per prevailing Policy as he is working with respondents since October’1993.
2. Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner was regularised vide order dated 27.06.2006 in terms of Instructions dated
17.10.2002.

3. Counsel for respondents submits that Municipal Committee, Nilokheri was re-constituted and at present, petitioner is employee of Municipal Committee, Taraori.
4. As the petitioner stands regularized as per Policy of 2002, this Court does not find it appropriate to direct respondents to consider petitioner’s claim as per Policy prevailing prior to 2002 because in view
judgment of Supreme Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka & Others. vs. Umadevi & Others, (2006) 4 SCC 1, the State had withdrawn all the Policies which were prevailing prior to 2006 and thereafter in 2014, Policies of 2002 and 2006 were rekindled, however, Policy of 1996 was not restored.
5. In view of the above, petition stands disposed of.
6. Pending Misc. application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
