THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus against respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 14.10.2020 as per Annexure-B and the representation dated 10.11.2020 as per Annexure-C and conduct phodi - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5021 WP No. 19271 of 2024 and durasti by taking cognizance of the Sale Certificate obtained by the petitioner in respect of the petition land. 2. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the matter is already referred to the Revenue Department. She would further submit to this Court that the petitioner has to upload on-line application and the same will be considered in accordance with law. 3. Recording her assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) The petitioner shall forthwith tender on-line application with all requisite documents. (iii) On receipt of on-line application, respondent Nos.2 and 4 shall ensure that phodi and durasti will be accomplished by taking cognizance of the extents of the lands purchased by the petitioner - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:5021 WP No. 19271 of 2024 in an auction, which is evidenced at Annexure-A.
