Mishra, A.P.P. --- 02 / 23.01.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) /26/35 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa. 3. On 22.08.2024, Bandgaon police apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused. On search, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the co-accused Nondo Lugun. It appears that subscription pad of P.L.F.I. was recovered from the possession of petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than four months. It was further submitted that co-accused Nondo Lugun has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 244 of 2025. 5. Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., at West Singhbhum, Chakradharpur-Chaibasa in connection with Bandgaon P.S.
