Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that at this stage petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to revive his bail application after examination of CW1 to CW3 is completed before the Trial Court. He submits that since petitioner who has no other criminal antecedents is in custody for the last more than eight months, the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial in the case and examine CW1 to CW3 on priority. 2. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
