JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDER 13.08.2025 Pursuant to order dated 06.08.2025, statements of petitioner No. 1-Mohd. Sadiq, petitioner No. 2- Mohd. Azam and private respondent No. 2-Shabina Chowdhary, the complainant, at whose instance, impugned FIR came to be registered against the petitioners, have been reduced into writing by Registrar Judicial of this Court. Respondent No. 2/complainant has stated that she had a matrimonial dispute with her husband petitioner No. 1-Mohd. Sadiq and others, which has been amicably resolved and she is happily living with her husband, petitioner No. 1. A compromise deed dated 22.07.2025 has been executed and duly notarized. The respondent No. 2/complainant has no objection, if the impugned FIR No. 0163/2025 is quashed. In view of the above, since the private respondent has amicably resolved the dispute with her husband and in-laws and they have entered into a Sr.No. 40 2 CRM(M) No. 304/2025 compromise, the continuation of the present petition shall not serve any purpose. Hence, the present petition is allowed and impugned FIR No. 0163/2025 is quashed. This petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with connected CrlM(s).
