Senior counsel Sri.Vighneshwara Shastri., submits that the petitioner is unable to comply with the order dated 27.11.2024. The oral submission made by Senior counsel is placed on record. As could be seen from the daily order sheet, the petition was listed on 09.01.2025, on that day, counsel for the petitioner had submitted that a sum of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lakhs only) which was due on 27.12.2024, shall be paid on 13.01.2025. Taking note of the said submission, the petition was ordered to be listed on 15.01.2025. The petition is listed today. The petitioner pleads her inability to comply with the order dated 27.11.2024. Because of the non-compliance, quashing of paper publication does not arise at this juncture and a mandamus cannot be ordered to consider the representation.
