The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aggrieved by the inaction of Respondents No. 2 to 7 in not deleting their property to an extent of land Ac.2.50 cents, in the name of the 1®‘ petitioners are petitioner and an extent of land Ac.0.48 cents, in the name of the 2'’'' petitioner in R.S.No.81/2, Visakhapatnam District, from the list Nakkapalli Village and Mandal, maintained under Section 22- A(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908. 2. It is submitted that the subject property of the as the property belonging to Tirumala petitioners has been considered Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD). It is further submitted that the Executive Officer of TTD. the 4*' respondent herein, had addressed a letter dated 01.08.2020 duly informing the petitioners that the land admeasuring Ac.2.50 cents in Sy.No.81/2 in Nakkapalli Village does not belong to the 4**" respondent as the same does not figure in the list of the TTD lands pertaining to Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Upamaka It was also informed that the 3'"^ respondent is the competent authority to decide the issue and the Village, Nakkalapalli Mandal. requirement for continuing the disputed land maintained under Section 22-A(1)(c) of the Registration Act. in the prohibited list 3 L W.P.
