Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "a. To direct the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 17, Prayagraj, to issue Parvana to the Police Station Kotwali, against the respondent, Rejendra Kumar Tandon. b. To direct the Court to conclude the proceeding of MPA Case No. 1 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier petitioner approached this Court by filing Matter Under Article 227 No. 13310 of 2024, which was disposed off vide order dated 22.10.2024 with certain directions to petitioner to deposit certain amount. He next submitted that direction given by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2024 has not been complied with and the court has not proceeded to decide the MPA Case No. 1 of 2024 on merits. He lastly submitted that direction may be issued to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 17, Prayagraj to decide the case at the earliest. 4. In view of facts and circumstances of the case, petition is disposed off with direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 17, Prayagraj to verify the fact as to whether order of this Court dated 22.10.2024 has been complied with or not and in case it is not complied, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 17, Prayagraj shall proceed to decide the MPA Case No. 1 of 2024, maximum within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
