Cont.P.No.893 of 2024 Cont.P.No.893 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR.J., The Contempt Petition is listed under the caption 'For Being Spoken To', today. 2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and the order passed in W.P.No.15388 of 2020 allowing the prayer was not brought to the notice of this Court. By taking into consideration the liberty granted to the petitioner in W.P.No.11820 of 2023, I dictated order closing contempt petition. When the said order was typed and presented for signature, I noted the allowing of writ petition W.P.No.15388 of 2020 and hence, I thought it fit to hear the matter again. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the above mentioned caption. 3. Since the said order was passed without considering the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15388 of 2020 allowing the prayer, the order passed in this contempt petition dated 10.01.2025 (not signed) is recalled. 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is directed to get instructions and report to this Court regarding compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15388 of 2020. 5. List the matter on 31.01.2025. 21.01.2025 dm 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.893 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR, J. dm Cont.P.No.893 of 2024 21.01.2025 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
