Case No. 32 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur. 3. On 22.06.2024 at about 7.00 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the Informant with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship, according to her own wish and she has married the petitioner. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur in connection with Karon P.S.
