Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. J. Kalita, learned counsel for the claimants/respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been preferred by the applicant/Insurance Company praying for condonation of delay of 243 days in preferring the connected MAC appeal whereby the judgment and award dated 29.06.2024, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dibrugarh, in MAC Case No. 16/2022 (Death) has been impugned. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents/claimants submits that considering the grounds stated in the instant interlocutory application, he does not have any objection if the aforesaid delay is condoned. 4. Considering the fact that the claimants are not opposing the prayer for condonation of delay, the notice to other respondents is hereby waived. 5. I have also considered the grounds stated in this interlocutory application whereby the cause of delay has been explained. It also appears that the delay has been sufficiently explained by the applicant. 6. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is allowed and the delay of 243 days in preferring the connected MAC appeal is hereby condoned. 7. The Registry is directed to register the connected MAC appeal and list the same for admission after a week on a date to be fixed by it. Page No.# 3/3 8. The name of Mr. J.
